Year 4 – ‘A Touch of the Wild’ Visit
On Monday 13th March the children in Year 4 were lucky enough to take part in a ‘Forest School’ session with a company called ‘A Touch of the Wild’. This was to support our topic ‘Living Together’ and showed the children how our fantastic woodland area can be used. The weather was beautiful and the children had a brilliant time lighting campfires, building dens and roasting marshmallows.
“My favourite parts were roasting marshmallows and making popcorn. I had a fabulous day,” Ryan Year 4
“I enjoyed making the den, it was a brilliant day,” Scarlett Year 4
