Dear Parents/Carers,

RE: Reception and Key Stage One Science Dome on Friday 24th June.

We are pleased to let you know that on Friday 24th June the children in Reception and Key Stage One will have the opportunity to become Science explorers!

To support our topics ‘What a Wonderful World’, ‘Our World’ and ‘Earth Our Home’ Reception and Key Stage One have arranged a visit from a Science Dome. The Science Dome is designed to explore science, geology and geography in an interactive way. The Science Dome visits schools, providing an additional science resource and presenting a different learning experience to children.

The Science Dome will visit the school on Friday 24th June 2016. Reception will take part in a session entitled ‘Light Dark and Space’ and Year 1 and 2 will take part in the session entitled ‘Minibeast’.

The cost for this visit has kindly been donated by the PTA, meaning there will be no cost to parents/carers.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to speak to your child’s teacher.

Many thanks,

Reception and Key Stage One Team.
