Ethos

At Gatehouse Primary Academy, we aim to help our children develop the skills they need to confidently and successfully learn, communicate, and make friends, in order to meet the challenges of life when they leave our school.

The ethos team works alongside Mr.Skinner and Adam Gidney (of ROC Dawlish) as well as other members of the community. We attend meetings with children from the First Federation and local schools at the various Ethos Days which are held throughout the academic year. Together, we focus on how we can embed our school vision and character qualities to ensure we are ‘inspiring excellence’ in high standards for learning and personal development across out entire school and family community.
