First Federation Trust
Each year we grow our own vegetables in our school garden. This summer, we have harvested potatoes, beans, sweetcorn, onions, leeks, strawberries, courgettes, cucumbers, lettuces, pumpkins, chillies and peppers!
The gardening club meets each week. We have sold vegetables that we have grown and have even provided beans for the school kitchen. In Science, we have used the garden to plant seeds and investigate plant growth.
