Year 5

Dear parents and carers

As previously communicated, we have booked our year 5 Residential Visit to Reach Outdoors at Stoke Gabriel from Wednesday 9th July – Friday 11th July 2025 and have places available for all year 5 children. We understand that you may have questions, and are pleased that a representative from Reach Outdoors is coming to see us after school on Thursday 21st November. To find out more information, and ask any questions you may have, we would like to invite you to a presentation in school between 3.20pm and 4.30pm on Thursday 21st November, in the hall.

Year 4

We would also like to invite our year 4 families to come along, we will be considering re-booking for next year and it is an opportunity for the children and parents of year 4 to hear about this exciting residential adventure.

Wrap Around Care

Huge thank you to everyone for supporting our new online booking system.

We are now starting the process of transferring over any credits or debts from the old payment items to your new online bill.

Please do go online to check your bookings, for this half term and for the rest of the academic year. After this half term, they will not automatically be booked, parents will need to go online to secure their child's place. Or if you wish the school office to do this for you please do contact us via the school gateway or our admin email - admin@gatehouse.devon.sch.uk.

If you do encounter any difficulties please do not hesitate to let the office team know who are here to help and support.

Please can we request you contact the office directly should you have any late changes, the Wrap Around Care mobile phone is available for emergencies when the club is open.

We are requesting all payments in advance, if possible, for each half term, however all debts will need to be cleared each half term prior to the new one beginning or at the point of sale.

We are aware of those payers who pay via other scheme's or have a payment plan/agreement in place with us.
