Sports Day 2025
Mon 16 Jun 2025Dear parents and carers,
Sports day will be held on Thursday 19th June 2025.
• EYFS and Unit 1 will take part 9:00-10:30am
• Unit 2 will take part from 10:30-12:30pm
• Unit 3 will take part from 1:00pm-3:10pm
As Sports Day is a House Event, we are asking that all children come to school wearing a coloured t-shirt that matches the colour of their house and their usual PE shorts and trainers. The children will be able to come into school ready and will remain in their sportswear all day. If you are unsure as to which house your child is in, please contact your child's class teacher via Seesaw and they will be able to tell you. If you do not have a top in the colour of your child’s house then they can wear their normal white PE top.

Swans - Blue

As always, families are invited to come and support their children in Sports Day. We look forward to seeing you there. We appreciate that some families may have children across various units and you are of course welcome to stay for all, however if you have children in unit 2 and 3 we ask that you please leave the site during lunch and come back for the unit 3 session.
Please ensure that your child has a drink in school. If the weather is hot and sunny, please ensure they have sun cream and a hat.
Best wishes,
Gatehouse Primary Academy

Men Walk Talk
Wed 29 Jan 2025https://menwalktalk.co.uk/
MenWalkTalk - It’s a statement!
Men– We're talking to you!
Walk– It’s good for you, your mental health and your physical health!
Talk– Because there is more evidence to support talking over isolation!
Traditionally, men often avoid seeking support but we can change this, by providing that support in a more accessible and easy way.
We want to provide a community of support for guys to know they are not alone and they can speak up.
