  • My Ed App

    Mon 04 Oct 2021

We are experiencing an issue with the myed app where if parents close the app shortly after sending the message but before it arrives in the school`s inbox (it can take 10-15 seconds for the message to arrive) the message will not be sent until the open the app again.

We have raised this to the attention of their development team who are currently working on resolving this.

In the meanwhile, please can we suggest not to close the app straight after sending the message, and to check the indicator under the message and make sure that it turned to green before you close the app (you might need to navigate away from the inbox and back again for it to show green)
